The number that fills your quiet hours

Most centres are full on weekday evenings and Saturday mornings and close to empty mid-morning. A heatmap of room utilisation by hour makes the gap obvious, and it tells you where an off-peak rate, a new class or another practitioner would earn. Ask for it per room, because a quiet counselling room and a busy massage room average out to a misleading figure.

Membership health, month by month

Chart new members, renewals, freezes and cancellations each month. A rise in cancellations with few freezes often means members do not know they can pause. Unused credits are worth watching too: a large balance is demand you have already been paid for, and it will turn up in the diary or as an unhappy member.

If Mythex built your booking or membership app, the dashboard reads the same database directly. If you use other software, start by uploading CSV exports or entering monthly figures in a form; the charts work the same way. Ask for a staff login so the dashboard is not public.
