Fill rate decides the timetable

Chart each class's average attendance against capacity over the term. A Wednesday 1pm class sitting at three students for ten weeks is a candidate for a new time, a different style or a private session slot. Look at the time slot as well as the class: a quiet slot may suit a gentle or lunchtime-express class better. Review it at the end of every term, not every week, since attendance moves with holidays and weather.

The intro offer number

January and September intro offers are only worth running if students stay. Track how many people bought the intro, how many came three or more times, and how many bought a pass or membership within six weeks. If conversion is low, the follow-up after the first and third class is usually where it can be fixed.
