Sign-off is the part that saves money

The costliest moment in bespoke work is the client who says the unit is not what they expected after it is fitted. A portal fixes this by making approval explicit. Upload drawing version 3 with dimensions and finishes, the client presses approve, and the app stores the date and the version. Timber is ordered only after that record exists.

What clients see during the build

Long lead times make clients nervous. A few progress photos a week, such as carcasses glued up, doors in the spray booth or a dry fit in the workshop, cut the update calls almost to nothing. Show the stage, the planned install date and a short list of what the client needs to do first, like clearing the room or confirming the electrician has moved a socket.
