Offcuts are money on the floor
Good hardwood offcuts are expensive and easy to lose track of. Log any piece above a size you set, with species, length, width and thickness, and where it is stored. Before cutting into a new board for a small shelf or a drawer front, search the offcut list. It also feeds a small range of chopping boards or shelves if you sell made-to-stock pieces.

Allocate stock to jobs
When a quote is accepted, reserve the boards and hardware it needs so the next job does not take them. The app shows free stock separately from reserved stock and turns any shortfall into an order list.
