Cap the slots, protect the morning

A five-day cleanse is fifteen to thirty bottles. Five of those collected at 8am stops the counter. Give each slot a maximum number of cleanse pickups, steer cleanse collections to early evening the day before the start, and keep the morning for walk-ins and order-ahead.

Most people want to start on a Monday. Limit how many cleanses can start each day, close orders at a set time the day before, and give staff a press list per day with each customer's programme and allergies.

Mistakes to avoid

Do not offer same-day cleanse starts. Do not let a cancelled pickup slot stay blocked. And send the pickup reminder the evening before, with storage instructions, not on the morning.
