Organise it by pet

Owners think in pets, not visits. After login, show a card per animal with its photo, species, age and the next thing due, then the history beneath. Households with several pets switch between them in one tap. Mark deceased pets as such and hide their reminders, keeping the history available if the owner wants it.

Repeat prescriptions with a turnaround

A request form for repeat medication cuts phone calls and gives the vet time to check the record. Say clearly how long approval takes, for example 48 hours, and that some medicines need a recheck appointment first. The request goes to a vet's queue; the owner sees its status and when it is ready to collect.

Documents owners keep asking for

Vaccination certificates for kennels, groomers and travel, discharge instructions after surgery, and invoices for insurance claims. Upload them to the pet's record in private storage and let the owner download them any time.

Where the data comes from

Clinical records usually live in your practice management system. Mythex does not connect to it unless that system offers an API you can use, so most clinics import due dates and documents by CSV or upload, or enter them at checkout. Each owner should see only their own pets; ask for that access check explicitly and check the data rules where you practise.
