The rules

Short and simple, to keep your clients and their data safe.

One separate workspace per client. Never share a workspace between clients.

Every team member uses their own Mythex account, with two-factor sign-in on.

Get the client's written OK before you work in their workspace.

Use official Mythex brand assets only, and no "Mythex" in your domain names.

No spam and no misleading claims about Mythex or what it does.

Keep your own plan: Pro for Experts, Business for Agencies.

Commission stops on fraud or if the rules are broken.

Questions

Who can apply?

Anyone who builds websites, tools or apps for clients: freelancers, small studios, agencies and consultancies. Apply as an Expert if you're solo or under 5 people, or as an Agency if you're 5 or more.

Do I need a paid plan?

Yes, as with any partner program built on the product: Experts keep their own Mythex Pro plan, and Agencies keep Business. While you're below it, new payments from your clients don't earn a commission.

How is commission tracked and paid?

Clients who open your partner link and sign up within 60 days are tied to you. You earn 10% of every Business payment they make (and, for Agencies, 20% of Enterprise) for their first 12 months. A commission can be paid 30 days after the payment, and we pay out by PayPal or Wise once you have at least $50.

Do my clients own their workspace and code?

Yes. Each client has their own workspace, and it's theirs. On Pro they can export the code or sync it to GitHub at any time.

How long does approval take?

We reply within 5 working days. Once approved, your link and partner dashboard are ready in Settings.

What's the difference between Experts and Agencies?

Team size and Enterprise deals. Experts are solo or under 5 people and keep a Pro plan; Agencies are 5 or more, keep a Business plan, and earn 20% on Enterprise clients instead of 10%.
