Replace the spreadsheet with a real tool
Intake forms, approval flows, trackers and dashboards, built around how your team already works and shared only with the people who need them.
Start from an idea
Request intake
Build a request portal where employees submit IT or facilities requests with a category and priority, and the ops team triages them in a queue with statuses.
Purchase approvals
Build a purchase approval app: employees submit requests with amount, vendor and reason, managers approve or reject, and every step is recorded with a timestamp.
Vendor tracker
Build a vendor tracker with contacts, contract start and end dates, annual cost and owner, and a view of contracts renewing in the next 60 days.
Ops dashboard
Build an operations dashboard showing open requests by team, average time to close, overdue items and a weekly trend chart.
What operations teams build
Operations dashboards
Open requests, time to close and overdue items by team, in one view everyone can check.
Request intake
One form for IT, facilities or finance requests, routed to the right owner with a status everyone can follow.
Approval flows
Required fields, the right approver and a record of every decision, instead of threads that go quiet.
Vendors and renewals
Contracts, owners, costs and renewal dates in one tracker, with a heads-up before anything expires.
Less chasing, more doing
Route requests, standardise approvals and see where everything stands, with tools that fit how you already work.
Automation
Send emails and Slack messages, and update sheets when something changes, through connected apps.
Approvals
Every request has an owner, a decision and a timestamp.
Visibility
Live dashboards instead of status meetings and copied spreadsheets.
Why operations teams build on Mythex
Built around your process
Describe the steps, fields and who approves what. Mythex builds it on a Postgres database, so the data stays structured and searchable.
Only the right people get in
On Business and up, publish apps as members-only and require Google Workspace sign-in and two-factor for your workspace.
Easy to change
When the process changes, say so in chat. Checkpoints let you roll back a change that went the wrong way.
How it works
Describe it
Say what you need in plain words, or start from a template.
Watch it build
Mythex writes the code, sets up the database and shows a live preview.
Publish
One click puts it on a public address — or keep it to your team.
Connect the tools you already use
Connect Google Sheets, Gmail, Slack, Notion, HubSpot and hundreds more once, then ask for what you need in chat. Your apps read and write to them, and no key ever lands in your code.
Frequently asked questions
Can it work with the tools we use?
Connectors link apps like Google Sheets, Gmail, Slack, Google Drive and Notion. For anything else, Mythex can call an API with your key stored as a secret, or use your own MCP server.
Who can see the apps we build?
You choose per app. On Business and Enterprise, an app can be members-only. Roles decide who in the workspace can edit or only view projects.
Can we control who publishes?
On Enterprise, publishing can be limited to admins, or editors can ask and an admin approves. An audit log records who did what.
