A working prototype in an afternoon
Not a slideshow of screens: a running app with real data, real states and a link you can put in front of users today.
Start from an idea
Checkout flow
Build a prototype of a three-step checkout with a cart summary, shipping form, payment step with fake card entry and an order confirmation.
Onboarding test
Build two versions of a signup and onboarding flow and a switch that shows each visitor one at random, recording which steps they finish.
AI feature concept
Build a prototype of a support inbox where each ticket shows a suggested reply, using my OpenAI key stored as a secret.
Admin console
Build a prototype admin console with a user list, search, a detail page per user and actions to suspend or change a plan, using sample data.
Turn the spec into something real
Bring the context you already have, and get a prototype that works the way the product will.
Bring your context
Paste the spec, attach screenshots and wireframes, or read from Notion and Linear through connected apps.
Build it working
Real data, real forms and real states, so the prototype answers questions a mockup can't.
Put it in front of people
Share a preview link, run it with users, and change it between sessions by chatting.
Hand it over
It's real code: export it or sync it to GitHub on Pro, so engineering starts from something that works.
What teams prototype on Mythex
New flows
Checkout, onboarding and settings flows with every step and state.
A/B variants
Two versions of a page and a way to show each to different people.
AI features
Suggested replies, summaries and chat, using your own AI provider key.
Why prototype on Mythex
Real enough to test
Every prototype is a running app with a database, so people click, type and save things, and you learn from what they actually do.
Feedback without publishing
Share a preview link with anyone, no Mythex account needed. Delete it when you're done, or publish once the idea holds up.
Hand off real code
It's React, a server and Postgres. On Pro, export the project or sync it to GitHub so engineering can start from it.
How it works
Describe it
Say what you need in plain words, or start from a template.
Watch it build
Mythex writes the code, sets up the database and shows a live preview.
Publish
One click puts it on a public address — or keep it to your team.
Connect the tools you already use
Connect Google Sheets, Gmail, Slack, Notion, HubSpot and hundreds more once, then ask for what you need in chat. Your apps read and write to them, and no key ever lands in your code.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use real data?
Yes. Each project can have its own Postgres database, and connectors can read from apps like Google Sheets. Start with sample data and switch when you're ready.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
Tell it what's off and it fixes it. Use Plan mode to agree on the approach first, and checkpoints to go back to an earlier version.
Can I import from Jira, Linear or Figma?
Not directly. Paste the spec text into chat, or attach screenshots and mockups as images, and Mythex builds from them.
