Record what went unsold each week, by crop and roughly by weight. Over a season the chart shows which crops you grow too much of and which sell out every week. That is the most useful number a small farm can have, because margins on veg disappear in the compost heap. Keep it simple enough that the person closing the shop fills it in each Saturday.

Watch subscribers through the hungry gap

Early spring is when boxes get thin and people pause or cancel. Show active, paused and cancelled subscribers per week and per collection point, with the reasons people give. If one collection point loses more than the others, it may be the day or the location, not the veg.

Where the data comes from

If your ordering is built in Mythex, the dashboard reads the same database. Till sales and wholesale deliveries can come in as a weekly CSV export, and the harvest plan can be a simple table of expected kilos per crop and week. Start with sample data to check the layout, then load your own.

Mistakes to avoid

Do not build twenty charts. Four or five you look at every Monday beat a full report nobody opens. And keep shop, box and wholesale income apart, since their margins and seasons are different.
