Dashboard for Nutrition Practices: Referrals, Package Completion and Revenue
A nutrition practice dashboard should answer four questions: where new clients come from, whether they finish their package, which work pays, and who is overdue for a review. Tell Mythex what you record and it builds those charts on your own bookings and clients, with filters by month and an export for your accountant.
Who it's for
Nutritionists and small nutrition practices who rebuild a monthly summary from a booking tool export and a spreadsheet, and who want to know which referrers and programmes are worth more of their time.
What you can build
- New clients per month by referral source: doctor, gym, physio, search
- Package completion rate and where clients drop off
- Revenue from one-to-one work against group programmes
- A list of clients overdue for a follow-up review
- January and pre-summer peaks compared year on year
- Hours booked against hours available per practitioner
Package completion is the number that matters
Revenue tells you about last month. Completion tells you whether the work is working. If many clients stop after the second session, the first plan may be too ambitious or the review gap too long. Show completion by package type and by practitioner, and the session number where clients most often drop off. Smaller first steps usually fix it.
- Completion by package type
- Drop-off session number
- Average days between reviews
Know your referrers
A single physiotherapist or personal trainer who trusts you can fill a diary. Record the referral source on every new client and show it as a chart by month. The top three referrers deserve a thank-you and a quarterly catch-up; a source that sends many enquiries but few bookings deserves a look at what those clients expected.
Where the data comes from
If your bookings, clients and invoices are already in a Mythex app, the dashboard reads the same database. If not, start with a CSV export from your current booking tool and a spreadsheet of packages, and ask Mythex to import them. Begin with sample data to see the layout, then switch to yours.
- Same database as your Mythex booking app
- CSV import from other tools
- Sample data to start
Keep it private
Even a summary dashboard can reveal client names and goals. Ask for login so only you and your team can open it, and keep client-level tables behind that login. Check the health data rules where you practise.
A prompt to start from
Build a dashboard for my nutrition practice. Show new clients per month by referral source, package completion rate by package type with the session where clients drop off, revenue split by one-to-one consultations and group programmes, and a list of clients with no review in 6 weeks. Add a date filter, CSV import from my booking tool, an export, and login.
Questions
Can the dashboard use my existing booking data?
Yes. Import a CSV export from your current tools, or if your booking app is built in Mythex, the dashboard reads the same database.
Can I see which referrers send the most clients?
Yes, as long as the referral source is recorded on each client. The dashboard groups new clients and revenue by source.
Can I share it with a business partner?
Yes. Publish it and add login, then give your partner an account. Client-level data stays behind the login.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You say which numbers you want and change the charts by chatting.
How much does it cost?
You can build and publish on the Free plan with no card. Pro is $25 a month and adds a custom domain, code editing, export and more credits.
