The 8 Best AI Landing Page Builders in 2026, Compared

Eight AI landing page builders compared: Mythex, Framer, Webflow, Unbounce, Leadpages, Carrd, Durable and Lovable, with October 2026 pricing.

The best AI landing page builder depends on what the page has to do. For paid campaigns that need A/B testing, pick Unbounce or Leadpages. For a design-led page on a site you'll keep growing, pick Framer or Webflow. For the cheapest one-page site on the internet, Carrd. For a local business that wants a site with booking built in, Durable. And if the landing page is the front door to a product, with a waitlist, a database or a login behind it, an AI app builder such as Mythex or Lovable builds both.

Below is a quick table, then a section on each tool: what it is, where it's strong, where it falls short, what it costs as of October 2026, and who should pick it.

The quick comparison

What "AI landing page builder" means in practice

The phrase covers three different kinds of tool, and they solve different problems:

  • Campaign page builders (Unbounce, Leadpages) are built for marketers. They focus on conversion: forms, A/B tests, traffic routing, integrations with ad platforms and email tools. AI writes copy and suggests layouts.
  • Website builders (Framer, Webflow, Carrd, Durable) make a page, or a whole site, that you edit visually. AI generates a first draft of the layout and copy.
  • AI app builders (Mythex, Lovable) write the code for a page from a description. The page can be the start of an app: a waitlist that saves to a database, a pricing page with checkout, a members area.

If you're not sure what makes a landing page work in the first place, what is a landing page and how to build a landing page that converts cover the basics, and landing page examples shows what good looks like.

1. Mythex: best for a landing page that grows into a product, with code and a database

What it is. Mythex (that's us) is an AI app builder made in Dubai, UAE. You describe the page in chat, in English, Arabic or more than 60 other languages, and it writes the code (React, TypeScript and Tailwind by default), shows it in a live preview, including a phone-size frame, inside a private cloud workspace with a code editor, file tree and terminal, and publishes it to a URL or your own domain. When the page needs to save something, such as waitlist sign-ups, it adds a Postgres database. You can also ask for a static site instead of an app.

What it's good at. Pages where the copy and layout will change a lot, because changing them is a chat message rather than a trip through a page editor. Describe the offer, the audience and the tone, and get a multi-section page (hero, features, how it works, FAQ, footer), then iterate one section at a time. Attach a screenshot or a brand PDF and it follows it. When the idea works, the same project grows into the product: a waitlist, a pricing page with Stripe Checkout using your own keys, an app dashboard. Mythex handles Arabic and right-to-left pages well, including bilingual Arabic and English sites.

Limits. Mythex is not a campaign tool: there's no built-in A/B testing, and analytics, ad pixels and CRM forms are bring-your-own (how). Its landing page guide also notes there's no CMS with a separate editor login for a marketing team. New projects default to a Vite single-page app, which is weaker for SEO than static HTML, so when search traffic matters, ask for a static-friendly structure and add titles and meta descriptions (SEO guide). There's no drag-and-drop editor.

Pricing as of October 2026. Free gives 5 credits a day (up to 30 a month) and publishes up to 3 apps on a Mythex address with a small "Built with Mythex" badge. Pro is $25/month or $250/year and adds custom domains, code editing, export, GitHub sync and no badge. Business starts at $50/month and Enterprise at $680/month. See pricing.

Who should pick it. Founders testing an idea who want the page and the product in one place, and anyone who needs a page in Arabic. Start from the SaaS landing page, waitlist landing page or product launch page template, or see the AI landing page builder page.

2. Framer: best for design-led pages and startup sites with AI on the canvas

What it is. Framer is a website builder that feels close to a design tool. You lay out pages visually, with strong animation and layout control, a CMS, and AI that can generate pages and work on the canvas. As of October 2026 its pricing page also lists an MCP server in preview.

What it's good at. Beautiful marketing pages, startup sites and portfolios, published with one click. Designers like it because it behaves like the tools they already use. The Free plan includes a lot of room to try things.

Limits. It's built for websites, not web apps; anything beyond forms and CMS content means connecting other services. Its pricing page doesn't list code export. Localization is a paid add-on.

Pricing as of October 2026. Free on a Framer domain. Basic is $10/month with a custom domain, 150 pages and 2 CMS collections. Pro is $30/month with more CMS capacity and AI credits. Enterprise is custom. Framer says yearly billing is available and includes a domain. See Framer pricing.

Who should pick it. Designers and startups who want a polished page fast and plan to grow it into a site. Compare it in Framer vs Webflow.

3. Webflow: best for pages on a larger content site with a CMS

What it is. Webflow is a visual website builder with a structured CMS, ecommerce plans and team features. It's more powerful than Framer and harder to learn.

What it's good at. Landing pages that live inside a big marketing site with a blog, case studies and many templates driven by CMS content. Fine control over layout and styles, and a large ecosystem of templates and agencies.

Limits. The learning curve is real. As of October 2026, the Basic plan has no CMS; you need Premium for it. Webflow changed its plans in 2026, merging the old CMS and Business plans into Premium, so older guides quote outdated prices.

Pricing as of October 2026. Starter is free on a webflow.io address. Basic is $15/month billed yearly ($25 monthly) with a custom domain and 300 static pages. Premium is $25/month billed yearly ($39 monthly) and adds the CMS. See Webflow pricing.

Who should pick it. Marketing teams with a content-heavy site and someone willing to learn the tool. More in Webflow alternatives and Webflow vs AI website builders.

4. Unbounce: best for paid campaigns with A/B testing and AI traffic routing

What it is. Unbounce is a landing page platform for marketers running campaigns. It includes AI copywriting, unlimited conversions, and on higher plans, AI traffic routing that sends each visitor to the variant most likely to convert. As of October 2026 it also lists an MCP server on all plans.

What it's good at. Paid traffic. If you spend money on ads, the ability to test variants and route traffic automatically is worth more than any design feature. Integrations with ad and email tools are a strength.

Limits. Plans are priced by monthly visitors (up to 500 on Starter, up to 20,000 on Build), so traffic growth pushes you up the tiers. It's built for campaign pages, not a whole site or an app. Its Starter pricing was shown ambiguously when we checked, so confirm the billing term.

Pricing as of October 2026. Starter $29/month ($22 billed yearly), Build $99 ($74), Experiment $149 ($112), Optimize $249 ($187), and custom Concierge and Agency plans. There's a 14-day free trial without a card. See Unbounce pricing.

Who should pick it. Marketers and agencies running paid campaigns who need testing and conversion tools.

5. Leadpages: best for lead capture pages for small businesses and coaches

What it is. Leadpages is a landing page and lead capture builder for small businesses, with AI credits, blogs, and on higher plans, A/B testing, personalization and lead enrichment. It also lists an MCP connector.

What it's good at. Getting email sign-ups and leads from a simple page, with templates aimed at coaches, consultants and small businesses. Grow adds manual A/B testing and dynamic text replacement for ad campaigns.

Limits. Lower plans cap pages and domains (25 pages and 1 domain on Pro as of October 2026), and every plan includes one seat except Optimize. All plans have a 7-day trial, and a card is needed at sign-up.

Pricing as of October 2026. Pro $29/month, Business $49/month, Grow $99/month, Optimize $199/month, and Enterprise custom. Leadpages says annual billing saves 20%. See Leadpages pricing.

Who should pick it. Small businesses and coaches whose main goal is collecting leads.

6. Carrd: best for the cheapest simple one-page site

What it is. Carrd builds simple, responsive one-page sites. You can build for free with a Carrd account and pay a small yearly fee for Pro features.

What it's good at. Price and simplicity. As of October 2026 Pro Standard is $19 a year for 10 sites with custom domains and forms, which is hard to beat for a personal page, a link-in-bio page or a quick product page.

Limits. One page per site, and limited layout and logic. Pro Lite plans don't include custom domains or forms. There's no app behind the page.

Pricing as of October 2026. Billed yearly: Pro Lite from $9 (3 sites, no custom domains), Pro Standard from $19 (10 sites, custom domains, forms) and Pro Plus from $49 (25 sites, advanced forms, password protection). See Carrd Pro.

Who should pick it. Anyone who needs one good page for very little money. When you outgrow it, see Carrd alternatives.

7. Durable: best for a small-business site with booking and a CRM built in

What it is. Durable is an AI website builder for small businesses. As of October 2026 its paid plans include a website with a custom domain, SEO tools, a built-in CRM and online booking.

What it's good at. A local business that wants a site, a booking form and a simple customer list from one subscription, set up quickly by the owner.

Limits. It's a website product with extras, not a campaign tool, and design control is narrower than Framer or Webflow. The free plan is a preview with limited AI credits.

Pricing as of October 2026. Free, Launch $25/month ($22 on yearly billing) and Grow $49/month ($41 yearly). See Durable pricing.

Who should pick it. Sole traders and local businesses that want a site that takes bookings, not just a page.

8. Lovable: best for a guided full-stack page plus app with on-page editing

What it is. Lovable is an AI platform for building full-stack web apps by chatting. Its Lovable Cloud backend includes a database, storage and authentication, so a landing page can have a working waitlist or sign-up from day one.

What it's good at. Founders who want a landing page and the first version of the product in one project. You can select elements in the preview and edit text inline, which is useful for copy-heavy pages.

Limits. Custom domains, code editing and removing the Lovable badge are paid features. Like most app builders, it doesn't include A/B testing or campaign tools.

Pricing as of October 2026. Free gives 5 build credits a day, up to 30 a month. Pro starts at $25/month and Business at $50/month. See Lovable's plans.

Who should pick it. Non-technical founders who want a page plus a working backend and like editing on the page. More in Mythex vs Lovable and Lovable vs v0.

How we compared

This is a comparison of publicly stated features and pricing, not a hands-on benchmark. In October 2026 we read each vendor's own pricing page and documentation and compared the tools on:

  • How you build — visual editor, AI chat that writes code, or a template plus AI copy
  • Conversion tools — A/B testing, traffic routing, forms and lead capture
  • What sits behind the page — nothing, a CMS, or a database and an app
  • SEO basics — static pages, titles and meta descriptions
  • Pricing — free plan, first paid tier, and what it's metered by (visitors, pages, sites or credits)

We didn't build the same page in each tool or measure conversion rates. Where a vendor's page was ambiguous, such as Unbounce's Starter billing term, we said so rather than guessing. Mythex is our product; we listed it first because this is our site, and we've described its limits as plainly as anyone else's.

Which one should you choose?

Pick by the job the page has to do:

  • You run paid ads and need to test variants. Unbounce, or Leadpages on a tighter budget.
  • You want a beautiful page and plan to grow it into a site. Framer; Webflow if the site will be large and CMS-heavy.
  • You need one page for almost nothing. Carrd.
  • You run a local business and want booking on the site. Durable.
  • The page is the front door to a product you're building. Mythex or Lovable. Pick Lovable if you want on-page visual editing and login built in; pick Mythex if you want the code, a terminal and a Postgres database in one workspace.
  • The page needs Arabic or a right-to-left layout. Mythex; see the Arabic website builder page.

Whichever tool you pick, the page matters more than the builder. Write one clear headline that says who it's for and what they get (our guide to writing a landing page headline helps), use one call to action, and check it on a phone before you share the link.

Building a landing page with Mythex

If Mythex fits, start from a template and change it in chat. The SaaS landing page, waitlist landing page, course landing page and product launch page templates are good starting points, and there are about 200 more at /templates. The AI landing page builder page has example prompts, and the docs guide to building a landing page covers the steps from first prompt to publishing. For whole sites, see the AI website builder page.

Questions

What is the best AI landing page builder?

It depends on the job. Unbounce and Leadpages suit marketers running paid campaigns who need A/B testing. Framer and Webflow suit design-led pages on a site you will grow. Carrd suits the cheapest possible one-page site. AI app builders such as Mythex and Lovable suit landing pages that need to turn into a product, with a waitlist, a database or a login behind them.

Can AI build a landing page for free?

Yes, to start. As of October 2026 Framer, Webflow, Durable, Lovable and Mythex all have free plans that can produce a page, usually on the vendor's own address and with its branding. A custom domain needs a paid plan on almost every tool.

Which landing page builder has A/B testing?

As of October 2026 Unbounce lists A/B testing and AI traffic routing (Smart Traffic) on its plans, and Leadpages lists manual A/B testing from its Grow plan. Website builders and AI app builders don't usually include A/B testing; you add an analytics or testing tool yourself.

Are AI-built landing pages good for SEO?

They can be, if the page has a clear title, a meta description, real headings and fast load times. Website builders such as Framer and Webflow publish static, crawlable pages. Apps built as single-page apps render in the browser, which is weaker for SEO, so on an AI app builder ask for a static-friendly structure when search traffic matters.
