Questions

Who qualifies?

Students and teachers at schools, colleges and universities with a school email address. Your Mythex account must be on the Free plan, and each account can claim the discount once.

My school isn't recognized. What can I do?

We check school emails against a list of schools and academic domains, so some schools are missed. Email support@mythex.ai from your account with proof that you study or teach there, such as a student or staff ID, and we'll look at it.

What happens after 12 months?

Pro carries on at the normal price, $25/month, and we don't ask you to confirm again. You can change plan or cancel at any time from Billing.

What if my school email stops working?

Your discount stays on your Mythex account, not on the school email, so it keeps working. If you sign in with your school email, move your projects to another workspace or invite another account before you lose access to it.

Can teachers claim it?

Yes. Teachers, lecturers and school staff with a school email get the same 50% off Pro. For a whole class or campus, email support@mythex.ai.

Can I use it with the Pro trial?

No. The student discount replaces the trial: you pay $12.50 from the first month, with no trial on top. If you're on a trial or a paid plan right now, the discount can't be added to it.
