Improvement, not raw scores

Chart average improvement from the first mock to the latest per class and subject. Raw averages mostly reflect who enrolled; improvement shows what the teaching added.

Comparing tutors fairly

The dashboard can show improvement per group, but groups differ in starting level. Read it alongside starting grades rather than as a ranking, and use it to share what works between tutors.

Attendance before results

Flag any student who misses two sessions in a row. Patchy attendance in the final weeks predicts disappointing results, and a call after the second miss is easier than after the fifth.

It can show average improvement per group, but groups differ in starting level, so read it alongside starting grades rather than as a ranking.

Where does the data come from?

From mock marks and attendance recorded in your Mythex app, or from spreadsheets you upload as CSV.

Can tutors see only their own groups?

Yes. Ask for logins with roles; tutors see their groups and the director sees the whole centre.

Is student data kept private?

Ask for staff-only access and summary screens without names, with names only in drill-down lists. Records about minors are sensitive, so check the rules where you operate.

Do I need to code?

No. You describe the charts in chat and adjust them by asking.
