Sign-off that holds up later

An email saying 'looks good' is easy to dispute. A stage approval records who approved which version and when. If a client reopens the logo after packaging has started, the record shows what was signed off and makes the change a new piece of work.

Files and payment

Keep final editable files, source artwork and font packages locked until the final invoice is marked paid. Show the client what is waiting so they know payment releases it. If you connect a payment provider, the portal can mark the invoice paid when the payment arrives.

Do not open the portal on an empty folder; open it on the current stage and what you need from the client.
